A Special Time of the Year!

 The eve before.....
and all is bright.....
and the table is set----
with  the center piece too!

A letter to "Santa" written ....
.....by  my mother Virginia Lee in 1919

We made Mildred's (mother-in-law) "Christmas Gum Drop" Bread.
We awakened this morning--- light dusting of snow arrived just in time!

Wishing you and your families our "Special Blessings".

Hugs,
Carolyn

  1. How wonderful to have that letter written by your mom. My neighbor use to make us gum drop cookies. I haven't thought of those forever. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
